CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing & Disability
The Certificate III in Individual Support prepares you to care for Australian seniors effectively in residential facilities and their homes, making real change in their lives.
This qualification reflects the role of workers in the community and / or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centered support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.
We actively tailor training for people from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities and encourage all to apply.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To ensure an appropriate learning opportunity, prospective students need to demonstrate a capacity to undertake study at Certificate III level, this can be demonstrated via the following:
- Pre-training review to ensure student has the appropriate level of Language Literacy and Numeracy to achieve the competencies. Where a test result is supplied, it must be within the last 12 months.
- Basic computer skills.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A satisfactory National Police Check (NPC) will be required for all practical placements.
- Immunization certificate may be requested by the host employer.

Course Details
- Estimated duration of 35 tuition weeks
- 1 day per week
(No classes on school and public holidays)
